Estava sem tolhas de banho, solicitei e chegou com 20min. Fui dormir e quando percebi, estava sem lençol para se cobrir. Já era tarde e acabei não ligando para recepção. Precisa ter mais cuidado com o básico. De resto foi ok.

Essa não foi minha primeira vez hospedado no AMBASSADOR, mais uma vez parabenizo toda a equipe. O check in foi rápido, isso é muito bom. O quarto bem espaçoso, com uma sala grande. Roupa de cama e banho limpas e cheirosas. A piscina não é grande, mas dar para curtir bastante, sem problemas. A localização é perfeita, na orla de Cabo Branco, uma das orlas mais bonita do Brasil, perto de tudo, sem falar que dar para ir andando para bares, restaurantes, supermercados. O café da manhã completo e bem variado, foi serviço uma torta salgada deliciosa. Os rapazes que ficam no restaurante são bastante atenciosos e não deixam faltar nada, reposição constante. A limpeza do hotel nota 10. Parabéns pelo cuidado de todos. RECOMENDO esse hotel.

Tinha tudo para ser tranquilo. Comida boa, atendimento agradável e instalações limpas. Porém o “serviço” de estacionamento ofuscou toda a avaliação. Ainda cobram 15,00 de diária por uma coisa que nem de graça seria bom. Passei 2 dias e ganhei 2 amassados no meu carro, na hora do check-out tive que esperar 1h para que os funcionários conseguissem manobrar 3 carros e só assim conseguir sair, péssimo. Se um dia voltar, deixo o carro na rua, pq vai ser melhor do que usar o que eles chamam de estacionamento.

O atendimento do hotel é EXCELENTE. Os funcionários sao educados, atenciosos e eficientes. Destaque para o Sr. Lupercine que prontamente nos atendeu uma solicitação importante para nossa estada. O hotel é muito cheiroso. A limpeza de nosso quarto e áreas comuns foi muito boa e acredito que seja mérito da camareira Sra Fátima, que não poupou esforços para nos ate dee. O café da manhã foi bom. A localização é espetacular. As roupas de cama sao cheirosas porém já demonstram muito desgaste. Bom elevador. No quarto andar há um terraço com uma vista lindissima do mar. Certamente retornaremos ao Voa Ambassador. Recomendamos.

Impacto maior é a limpeza, já na entrada o quarto não estava limpo como deveria.
O quarto apesar de grande, já merece um cuidado maior.
Não houve troca de toalhas, mesmo quando deixado para troca.
Arrumação de quarto não o serviço que deveria.
