It was the WORST HOSTING OF MY LIFE WITH MY FAMILY! I made this reservation in advance, I checked several times that everything was ok, but when I arrived at the place which is a RESIDENTIAL AND NOT A HOTEL, I was surprised by the attendant that my daughter was not included in the reservation. I showed her several times what was on my app and in the email, she took the printout to be sent to the host who has NOTHING and even though he saw it, he kept saying that my daughter was not on the reservation. We tried to explain that it was for us, I asked him to give us WhatsApp but he refused to resolve it. I just said we could cancel and leave. HIGHLY ROUGH AND WEEKEND with a family on vacation. The person responsible for the place treated us well and tried to remedy the situation. We paid an extra amount of 120 reais so that we could have peace of mind that according to the app, half will be reimbursed. The apar**ent had underwear under the bed, peeling walls, burned out lights, missing towels, the coffee maker didn't work and there was no iron. In all the flats we usually stay in, these items are available, but not in this one. The host, as he was NOT AT ALL KIND, did not provide contact information so that we could resolve it. In addition to the swimming pool, which was not working on the day we arrived, Tuesday, the 26th. Anyway, DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE!!!! The owner will not make your trip pleasant!!!

Amazing experience, very clean and comfortable apar**ent. Equipped with necessary items and beautiful view. The rooftop pool is large, well maintained and offers a beautiful view.

Incredible experience, clean, spacious hotel, well accommodates a family of 4/5 people, and pets, excellent location, top parking, has a microwave, minibar, cutlery, glasses, security, perfect stay, I spent 3 days.

It was 7 nights and I was disappointed from the moment of check-in where they charged me 1,400 more upfront in addition to what I had already paid when booking. The second disappoin**ent was with the structure, horrible bed, suite without the slightest comfort, everything old and broken.

The flat is well located, close to restaurants, bars and conveniences. As I was traveling with my family, I only missed a few basic utensils to use for breakfast: a sandwich maker, juice glasses, spoons and a blender. I also suggest putting paper towels in the kitchen.

The location is good, but the apar**ent looks old and lacks maintenance. Surprisingly, there is an exposed socket with bare wires next to the bed! The portal of one of the doors is loose, leaving the plaster exposed. The flush is faulty and it was necessary to lift the lid to get more pressure for the flush to be effective. The kitchen utensils leave something to be desired. There is only the bare minimum. Anyway, I wouldn't go back.

The facilities are old and don't seem to be repaired frequently, the leisure area has no rules, you can have loud music on and it was quite messy; the hotel requires guests to remove trash from the room, under penalty of paying a fine of R$50.00.
