Excellent hotel, very close to jodhpur airport. Stayed for one night here.

Excellent

The hotel is located on the west side of the airport, some distance from the old city and the new city, but it is very convenient to call a car. Just opened for 5 years, the facilities are very new. The small suite I stayed in was less than 700 including breakfast, which was very affordable. Cleanliness is good and the bed is comfortable. The lighting is good, and the Internet speed is fast for Indian hotels. Sound insulation is acceptable. The air conditioner is powerful, and the living room and bedroom are controlled separately. Put 6 bottles of drinking water directly in the room, no need to ask the front desk. What needs to be improved is: the small suite does not have a bathtub. The breakfast is vegan, not even eggs. Although the meals are good and there are many choices, I still feel uncomfortable. The service attitude is very good. In addition, the lobby bar is very affordable. A large piece of cake only costs 120 rupees, which is cheaper than outside cake shops.

Staffs are very friendly, especially beautiful ladie MS Farheen . This hotel represents the heritage of the jodhpur.giving vibes like you are one of the kings. Receptionist are very beautiful ❤️ . I think I am in love 😍. I am coming again...

Our stay was fantastic, the property is beautiful and very well maintaine.its spacious and elegantly designed rooms with scenic views, ensuring a luxurious stay as noted by many guests. Travelers often laud the hotel for its impeccable cleanliness and the grand atmosphere enriched with cultural elements, such as live music. While some visitors question the value, the exceptional service. special thanks farheen for housekeeping.she is very helpful.

Overall stay was great and amazing hotel. The food was good too, slightly pricey but great Staff and service. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff Ms. Farheen and Nisha , Bibash for the room cleaning and their excellent job in taking care during our stay. Recommended place and will visit back.

It was an incredible stay at Radisson jodhpur felt like a palace and reflecting rajasthan legacy and culture throughout service and team members engagement as well as implacable service by team Housekeeping super specious and hygiene room I would like to mention the name they were a true sign of hospitality and Radisson jodhpur Ms. Farheen floor supervisor and Ms . I visited Radisson Jodhpur again in 2024 after a wonderful experience in 2022, but unfortunately, this time fell short of expectations. We reached the hotel at 2.40 p.m and were told to wait as the check in time is 3 and the room was not ready. We waited for almost 40 mins. We were not served any welcome drink and not even a glass of water was offered during our wait. The room I booked was the same as before(DUPLEX SUITE), but it had a strong vape smell and felt congested. The room was not the same as shown on their website. It was very small. We brought this to the manager's attention, and they upgraded us to the Presidential Suite, but the delay in check-in (1 hour minutes past the scheduled 3 pm time) was inconvenient. What bothered me most was the inconsistency in service. We prepaid for the buffet, only to find out upon arrival that it wasn't available. This was not confirmed to us upon our arrival and were told at the restaurant when we went for dinner. The staff offered to adjust our meal orders to compensate, but communication was lacking. To add insult to injury, we were asked to pay for a water bottle without notification. The breakfast quality has also deteriorated compared to our last visit. There were hardly any options and taste was also below average not catering to Indian tastebuds. While the upgrade was appreciated, it's disappointing that the initial experience wasn't up to par. Attention to detail and clear communication would elevate Radisson Jodhpur's service standards. Overall it was not value for our money.

Best stay- this was the most hospitable staff ! Attention to detail was impeccable. Food was good and beautiful traditions surrounded our stay. Rooms and facilities were also excellent. Great overall value as well! Specially thanks to Ms. Farheen , Jaya and nisha , they are very polite and good nature . We'll come again 😀😀. Thankyou Radisson to make our stay memorable.

The room staff, harshit, renu, and jaya, malti lalit provided exceptional service throughout my stay. They were always courteous, professional, and attentive to every detail, ensuring that the room was consistently clean and well-maintained. Every time I returned to my room, it felt fresh,and clean..!

We had a great dining experience in the hotel.Chef Rakesh ,Chef Pritam ,Chef Raju ,Banquet Manger Rakesh are other staff are excellent at service. The entire staff is so helpful, good and welcoming .The food is good and nicely presented. Thank you Radisson team for the lovely experience.

It was an amazing experience being here and I would recommend my family and friends more often to spend their time in this hotel. The foods, the view and the best part is the excellent services I have received in this hotel. I could still remember how amazing the servicers were and one of them was Shaiyala, she was really good to us and her kindness and services were excellent, would love to come more often.
