The most abhorrent experience to ever have. Firstly, there's no service by the staff, they refused to give us hand towels or water bottles, which should've been in the room as part of the amenities. Secondly the concept of hygiene, which is foreign to them. We saw regular quarrels of guests and ourselves, asking them to mop and clean the rooms and washrooms. They don't mop the floors, use the toilet bowl brush on the basin, don't change the bed linens, don't clean their tables, their hot water has rust coming out of the water tanks, bathroom faucets are falling off, tv's and ac's are out of order, their rooms are smelly. There's only 2 items in the breakfast buffet and their breakfast will give you a stomach infection. They don't even have basic etiquettes on how to treat a guest. Horrible, absolutely filthy and awful.

My experience at Amargarh Resort Jodhpur was dreadful. The receptionists exhibited a hostile and repulsive attitude. The linens were disgustingly dirty, and the washroom was not only dirty but also plagued with leaks and seepage. The food was unhygienic, containing hair. Instead of mineral water, they provided RO water. Moreover, the absence of advertised facilities and amenities, coupled with limited TV channels, made my stay truly unpleasant. I strongly advise fellow travelers to steer clear of this hotel.. Am still waiting for the results of my complaint escalated….

The property is nice but they haven't maintained it well. There was no warm water in the shower and the flush was not working. In my colleague's room, there was a mouse which rattled around his face twice at night.

Hotel don't provide wifi in rooms wifi available only out side of room
in rooms tv is there but no cabel or dise connection we goes for swimming pool. But renovation going on pool so first staff said we can use pool after 1pm but 1pm again said staff 4pm then 6pm and at 6:30pm hotel booked outside pool party and we can used pool at 8:30pm so its really me and my family experience very bad.

So, I recently visited what they generously labeled a resort. I think they misspelled "resort" and meant "last resort" or maybe "resort to laughter." Strap in, future adventurers, you're in for a ride. Picture this: a room adorned with not-so-live houseflies, giving us a real "buzz." My wife's face turned into a priceless work of art. The bed sheets were playing hide-and-seek with cleanliness, and the bathroom? Let's say it was on a vacation of its own. After a mini-breakdown and a series of requests, they graciously upgraded us to another room. It had the same script but with a touch of improvisation. Requesting a bedsheet change felt like negotiating a peace treaty.
