Como puntos positivos, la ubicación justo enfrente de la estación de trenes y el tamaño de la habitación. Como negativo, la habitación tenía un ventanal sin cortinas donde te veía media ciudad y si abrías el grifo del lavabo salía de las tuberías restos orgánicos (no investigué más, simplemente no lo usé). En el patio interior parecía como si hubieran empezado hace tiempos unas obras y se hubieran quedado sin terminar.

Single Room Bathroom Size is 3.7 feet x 8 ft. It's too small for shower, washbasin and seat. I was the first person who insist for toilet tissue roll. They provide one medimex soap and Towel only. No shampoo or body wash or moisturizer are being provided. No complementary water bottle in room. Room size is about 8x9 feet approx with ac and 22 unchi TV with free channels only. Bathroom Mat was dirty while towel was very old. They provide rajai with cover and obviously cover never be changed for every customer.

Very bad hotel in terms of service not to recommend to anyone They judge their guest by booking amount, water is chargeable, if you are staying 2-3 days they will reduce service like the first day I didn't get bathroom toiletries, second day I didn't get towel also they even changed bedsheet for 3 days

When I give orders it comes very late also they say we have two telephones in our room. But the staying was great and we had a train and the hotel was close to the railway station.But the dinning was very bad. Please can you fix all these problems. Thank you

We have booked this Hotel seeing the pictures on make my trip.com. We were surprised on reaching the Hotel. The Hotel condition is perthitic. We were more surprised to see the condition of the Room. After Check in We felt the atmosphere very horrible and suffocating. We immediately went down to change the Hotel. We got the Room in nearby Kalinga Hotel and We immediately left the Hotel. We will suggest not to be trapped in this kind of low grade Hotel

Just Opposite to Railway Station, Heritage Ambiance, Restaurant is Costly. Good for People Travelling through Railway. Decent Rooms and Rooms Service. Hotel is having lift also for smooth handling of baggage.

one of best thing was excellent location. already informed on phone my check in time is evening 5 but room was not ready by hotel. some renovation also require Interiors are damaged I attached photo for that, but room are nice. overall good hotel, ***ager and staff are cooperative and supporting. Food was average in taste. also there is no parking space.

The very best place to stay perfect place .I visited with my daughter from America and Delhi good staff .clean .palace feeling .reasonable priced .food specially thali must have .thanks to the hotel staff and owners making us feel home away home .would stay perfect location from railway station
