The property is pretty, location is good, food is pretty tasty. The staff is very helpful. However the swimming pool is not very clean. Overall good stay

Geyser and hair dryer both was not working. Hair dryer was broken and due to electricity problem geyser was not working

When i read the review i found it as a old building not maintained but when we went there i found it as a paradise as my room got upgraded to a luxury suite. Room was well maintained. Balcony was spacious and big and we enjoyed stay there. Breakfast was tasty and playing of musical tune by a musician was mesmerising. Walking near the swimming pool with a swing near it completed the royal luxurious feel. Overall it was fun and we enjoyed the property a lot

The property is very nice. The swimming pool was clean. Food is on the costlier side but that is what it is in a star hotel. The staff was courteous and helped us whenever we had questions. We had booked a heritage classic room and the room was spacious with big king size bed and big bathroom. Other rooms should be more spacious than this coz ours was a lower budget room. Since we were there in the day of ravana ***an, the hotel had ***an ceremony. We enjoyed it a lot. Overall a very good experience and stay.

Heritage property near to city centre. Price per night doesn't justify against room comfort. Bed linen is rough and looks being used for years. Fan doesn't work properly and ac makes loud noise. Average breakfast.

Two major issues faced was the hotel's main entry is difficult to figure out resulting in my cab dropping me at the other entrance that looked like main entrance and i had to pull my luggage from road to the reception as this entry has no driveway in. Secondly the room doors were very difficult to open being quite old and complex
