Nothing great about the hotel except for the location. Its near all the main markets and easily accessible. Room was average and bugs had a free access inside the room including the bed..food was ok..

Venant de Jaisalmer et devant passer une nuit à Jodhpur sommes tomber un peu par hasard sur cet hôtel. Bonne situation près de Clock tower, Bon service, propreté des chambres et salle de bain ok et prix correct. Avons laissé nos bagages toute la journée du lendemain sans problème, car train à 20h. Personnes très agréables a la réception.

I recently went to the hotel city palace with my friends on my birthday to have dinner. It was very good service and food was delicious 😋. The staff was well educated. And Cleanliness was top notch. Overall very nice palace for dinner with family. 🥗🥣

The best food in this area is the best quality and quite cheap food. The food they serve is made by using best quality raw material, it is not heavy on your stomach..Thanks to the city palace team for making each of my meals special..

Hotel is near to railway station and main market Nai sadak. Hotel staff is very co-operative. Room is very neat and clean. They have provided two double bed and one single bed in family room. They have in house restaurant & room service is also available. Food is OK. other good restaurants are also available very near as it is in the main market place. Staff is very cooperative.

Very bad experience. We booked ac rooms and at midnight ac stop working continuously 2 days. They didnt shift and allot new rooms to us. And also they not even apologise to inconvenience. Also they misbehaving other customers too. Personally suggest don't book this hotel.
