Mukava lomareissu oli, hotellissa kaikki toimi hyvin. Tilat siistit ja palvelu asiallista. Erityinen kiitos hyvästä gluteenittomasta valikoimasta aamiaisella.

Hotel in bester Lage am Rande des Marktplatzes in Joensuu. Die Rezeptionistin war so sehr nett, wie ich es bisher in keinem anderen Scandic- Hotel erlebt habe: sie hat mir eine Busverbindung zum Airport rausgesucht, die perfekt funktioniert hat (Bus Nr. 6 Str. Koskikatu wochentags um 12:50Uhr). Leider auf dem Zimmer kein Wasserkocher und keine Gardinen vor den Fenstern, was erst einmal gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Frühstück war exzellent! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Not the most modern venue in Joensuu but clean and well maintained anyway. Location is excellent in downtown. Big disappointment was the hotel parking that was advertised as free. It was free but obviously too small for demand, so it was fully booked every evening. My room was big, especially the bathroom was about the size of a small hotel room. It was an "accessible room", although I did not ask for it. I consider it an upgrade. The breakfast was excellent to my taste.

Sijainti hyvä. Hotelli siisti mutta auttamattomasti jo parhaat päivänsä nähnyt vaatisi kyllä perusteellista remonttia . Aamiainen ihan ok perus. Huoneet siistiä mutta eivät viihtyisiä.

Siisti ja pelkistetty hotelli, ihan hyvä aamupala. Hotellilla piti olla ilmainen pysäköinti, mutta paikkoja olikin vain muutama, ja niinpä oli valittava maksullinen kadunvarsipysäköinti.
