My mom has some mobility issues too, so we were glad to see the relatively spacious room and wider than normal bath tub. 100% recommended! One small issue with trip, not the hotel, I would have appreciated a more obvious flag out that the payment made online was a DEPOSIT. The man was quite flustered when I said I paid online already because you have to pay again when you get there then get a refund from trip after checking out. Please be aware of this when you book! But it was my oversight - although trip PLEASE emphasise these things a little more!

It was the last time to go to the Kashiwazaki fireworks festival, but I made a reservation because it was cheap and there was a vacancy. I am not using anymore my stays chains and not recommend at all. I am also exploring any action to payback my time from their service. In the bottom line, hopefully the Covid-19 will impact on this kind of business to remind not even omotenashi, but just basic hotel customer’s very basic right.
