Its comfortable sleepwise but TV and WIFI was not working . Phoned reception kept saying would send someone to fix but never showed up . Guys you can do better . In Zimbabwe even if there is load shedding we never lose wifi . Please dont promise what you cant deliver

Staff is nice and friendly, there is security 24/7. Towels and bed sheets are ripped and hardly worn but clean. Room was clean too. Powercut in the area every morning and evening for 2-2 hours. No emergency lights for the stairs. My biggest problem was that I booked the hotel in May 2022 for Sept 2022 with breakfast included. When I arrived I was told the breakfast is suspended due to Covid pandemic. So if they don’t have this option for 2 years, why I can book with breakfast and pay for it??? I could have book a room elsewhere instead where breakfast is still available as per description. The wifi in peak time is a joke, don’t expect more than text on WhatsApp and Messenger. Photos to upload on social media is only at night. I (as a solo female traveller) felt completely safe in the hotel as well as in the area with market, shops and restaurants just next to the hotel. The mall is 2 mins walk but not too interesting…
