I left the proper after the first night after voicing my complaints that were not attended to and I was still billed for the entire stay initially booked.

This is a fine basic residential apar**ent. I had a nice stay and no major problems. The wifi was fine. The kitchen is sp****ly supplied. The A/C worked well. The rooms were serviced well. Sometimes the gate was unlocked and unattended at night. I think there is a sewage leak in the main parking lot, which was unpleasant. The mattress could do with being replaced. There is a nice restaurant on one side; but there is a squatter dwelling on the other side.

Quite a good place to stay at No place to chill outside They could do with some outdoor renovations On the good side ; it’s load shedding proof Rooms are nice and clean There’s always someone at the reception

Upon our arrival, the apar**ent we reserved (and paid for) was not available. Now they refuse to provide a refund. The front desk people insisted that it was a "computer error." If so, it's THEIR problem, not mine.

You really must be kidding. When I arrived on 17 February, you did not have the apar**ent you rented me (and I paid for). You tried to keep my passport by hiding it in a drawer. You provided no assistance in finding another place for me to stay.

Was booked in for a a week. Left after the first night. Definitely not family friendly. Loud music, drunk people, swearing and shouting at each other through the night. Staff unable to control despite trying. Foreign drug traffickers and other racketeers clearly visible

The room advertised on the *********** was different from the room given to me and I became really disappointed for this. The Wi-Fi was not stable so I had to resort to use of my own data. Apart from these all others were good

Stayed here for 3months. One bedroom apar**ent is great size. Furniture needs to be replaced- couch not comfy- bed changed but Still sinking like titanic, I continued to have backaches House keeping not on par- you have to constantly report to their manager for your room to be well serviced. I was always locked out of my room- like I had to now announce my comings Tebogo was always helpful Boetie was helpful but sometimes took complaints lightly Florence eventually serviced my room to my satisfaction This place has potential- it is just not well taken care of and the staff gets away with murder!!!
