I stopped by to see if I could see the queen suite, prior to booking. From the photos, some rooms looked like they were renovated, others didn't. After asking the guy that came to the counter (chewing food) said, "sales could show you, but they aren't here." So, you can't just grab a key so that I make sure that the room is what I'm expecting before I book it. "No ma'am, no ma'am" chew chew. I swear the quality of person that I continue to encounter with the Hilton brand lately really leaves a lot to be desired. I wish I could pass this honor status to someone else that wishes to accept the mediocre to poor service that permeates this brand. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.
