The room has odor that hit me when I first open the door. The pillows also has a smell.
The power went out for ~ 4 hours, the room was freezing.

Check in/out staff were nice and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. We did not get to try the bistro/bar or the Starbucks on site. We would definitely stay here again.

Front staff was very hospitable. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed to discover that there was only a mini fridge but no microwave. The sheets and towels were not soft and the pillows were not comfortable, but the room as a whole was nice and a decent value, especially for the location.

We like the beds, and the bath products on the wall in the shower. Starbucks coffee is a plus. All staff we have interacted with were nice and helpful.

Weve stayed here twice in the last month. Perfect place, quiet and Kick back Jacks was walking distance and was so fun!
Everything was great, my only giving 4 starts on the cleanliness was our shower had a bit of mold in the grout. Not a big thing, but still there.
