I really enjoyed my stay in Ft Atkinson. I like the amenities such as the anti-fog mirror and set the temperature shower and forget it! Will stay here again.

When we pulled up, I was terrified of what I would find to inside. From the outside appearance, I was more than surprised. When I walked in the hotel was updated and smelled nice. The inside looked great - the rooms were clean and didn’t have that past guest odor. When we entered the pool area, it was amazing for the kids and us. The price was great. The front desk out make additional accommodations for us. This was a great stay. I only have two minor complaints. One there’s no elevator, but with two stories, it’s not that big of a deal unless you pack like I do. Two the front desk attendant (I’m assuming) was seated in the lobby on his laptop, eating his curry takeout. Every time we left the room or went to the pool that’s where he was.

The hotel was adequate. The location to the Fireside Theater was walking distance. The free breakfast was a joke if you ask me. They advertise eggs and sausage and really it was Jimmy Dean's breakfast sandwiches that you have to microwave yourself. The breads didn't even match up to a decent Continental breakfast. Overall, it wasn’t bad for a one nighter, but any trip that was more than one night, I would try another hotel chain.

Very nice place to stay! Took very good care of his guests. Always wanted to know if everything was up to our standards.

This was an older hotel. It was clean and the staff was pleasant. There was no elevator available. Also, the microwave in our room was broken. It is located right next to the Fireside Dinner theater. Older adults should ask for the first floor since an elevator is not available.

The rooms were clean, comfortable but did have a slight smokey smell but opening the window helped greatly. The facility was overall clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be staying here again when we come back to the Fireside Dinner Theater which is located next door.

We liked the bright and clean facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially front desk. We did not like the unexceptional toilet paper and kleenex. The smell of cigarettes permeated most of the building, very unpleasant. Breakfast was good.

See our comments as submitted in the survey taken as there are many areas the AmeriInn can do to make a person’s trip and visit better. Need to speak better in their language skills to communicate to their guests as well as having a better understanding of what Ft. Atkinson is about regarding its history and dining opportunities in downtown and surrounding areas.
