Rooms are gross and not upkept the first room I was in smelled like ciggerate smoke had no remote for the tv, when I got a remote the only one available didn't work for that television had to be moved across the hall to another room that was slightly cleaner. Front desk worker is very nice and helpful but clearly could use some staff to take care of the rooms

I screwed up the date when I booked the overnight!!! The staff handled it and made sure everything was smooth. I appreciated the friendliness and their accommodation of my mistake (and for the evening).

The website made the place appealing. Upon arrival, the place was run down and questionable as far as safety. We could smell smoke and ****, the floor in our room was coming up, the roof to the underpass fell in while we were there!! Not what I was expecting at all.

Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was showing evidence of use, especially the laminate floor, but was clean and still better than dingy, stained carpet. Full-time coffee and Breakfast waffle-maker are nice perks. I like this because I can walk to Summit Arena. A very good value.

It was a clean, affordable location near my concert venue. I didn't expect a resort. It is a perfectly fine place to lay your head.

Check-in was fine, but when I got into the room, someone had used the toilet and not flushed it. The floors are not done in the room underneath the beds. There’s concrete dust Everywhere was not a very good stay at all and I am not coming back..

In walking distance to the War memorial. Nice clean place and staff are always very friendly and accommodating. We stay there every time there is a concert in Johnstown.
