Overall very happy with this stay.. the managing agent is very nice to arrange 2 Carpark passes for us.. location is excellent with sea view & can see custom. Rooms are spacious and clean..

Great location, spacious enough for a family of 7. provide with a great view. But i wish the surrounding area would be cleaner; as i notice a mouse entering the mall compound.

Hotel is clean and tidy. Service from R&F management was accomodating and great. Explained everything in detail and helpful.

Accessibility to the carpark is confusing. Not much shops around the area. The bed is super super hard, as hard as a concrete. The small window has no blinds. However the environment is quiet which is good if you prefer a less noisy stay.
