The hotel is in a nice location, perfect for a short relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the free lounge access, with a delicious dinner buffet and refreshing mocktails at the Sheraton Club.
The swimming pool offers both a normal pool and a kid zone, making it a great choice for families. Breakfast was another highlight — a wide buffet spread with Chinese, Malay, and Indian options, plus plenty of bread varieties to choose from.
Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent facilities for both relaxation and anniversary time. 🌿🏊🍴

Room is spacious.
Location not so convenient.
Hotel staff is friendly.
At night shift only 1 staff, should have 1 more staff.
Additional bed should not charge.

Very helpful staff that accommodate of our request.
Family room was great and the kids absolutely love it. Room was spacious too.
Love the parking as we feel safe with the security guards on petrol even late at night.
Ideal for a getaway and hotel is connected to SKS mall.

Total of 5 rooms. Rooms 820, 821, 816, 825 and 1417. All guests reported having a pleasant stay. Breakfast food variety was good, especially with freshly baked croissants & freshly squeezed juice. All was good except for the pillows and mattresses which are a bit too soft for our liking.

Is my second time here and will be back again when the sks mall fully opens! Love the convenient of the mall & hotel together :) breakfast was also awesome!

Had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Johor Bahru. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The location wasn’t as convenient compared to others nearer to the CIQ but they do provide free shuttle bus.
I hope management maintains the hotel well in the long run. I will definitely come back if the the room price is right

This stay is 2D1N to celebrate my birthday. Excellent location, superb costumer service with polite and courteous staff. Clean and modern facilities in the room and throughout the hotel. Hotel Management even gave me a cake and staff wishing my Happy Birthday as a pleasant surprise! Additionally, they also extended my check out time by an hour. Well done Sheraton Hotel JB. Breakfast selection was superb. Will definitely stay here again.

Good hotel, good malls.. Spacious room..Very clean, love their breakfast buffets too..They gave me a complimentary chocolate tart for my anniversary.Thank u..All their staffs are very friendly and very helpful.
