Quite a good place. Surprising the place is quite clean. WhatsApp the staff to replenish some items and it was delivered reasonable timing

It was very difficult to find our way to the apar**ent after the hotel staff asked us to park our car at the apar**ent hotel. It took me and my family 45 mins to find our way to the apar**ent lobby. The lift we could take to our apar**ent is overcrowded and we waited for 15 mins just to get into the lift. 2 out of 3 water heater were not working. Slippers were not provided even though it was stated in the description at the time of booking. There’s a leakage of water from the fridge and the floor were wet. The bed mattresses were all “worn out” as they were sinking in. No shower cap were provided. TVs in the rooms were all spoilt. One of the room don’t even have a TV. Will not stay in this apar**ent anymore.

1st we got room full of **** power supplt cant use have to walk to the lobby to make complains.. then call the number at the memo at the room also not anwsering seriously is a messe
