I booked this hotel at the last minute, arriving quite late around 10:30 PM. The location is fairly convenient, with a 6-minute walk to a nearby shopping mall and plenty of eateries in the area. It has an old-school charm, but it's clear that the property could use some updates. The biggest issue was that we were assigned a handicap-accessible room without being informed beforehand. While we understand that these rooms are designed for accessibility, it wasn't ideal for a regular stay. Additionally, the window in the room appeared to be poorly secured, making it feel unsafe as it looked like it could fall at any moment. On a positive note, the breakfast was decent with a nice spread, which was a good way to start the day. Overall, while the location and breakfast were fine, the room’s condition and the lack of communication about the room assignment were disappointing.

I was trying to check-in but due to 30 mins earlier, I was told to hold on so I went to sit at the lobby area. However when I was sitting there waiting, other people who were behind me had check-in. When I check with the receptionist, he told me that housekeeper did not inform him that my requested level is ready. Poor communication! Toilet tap was very shaky!

We enjoyed our convenient one-night stay, the hotel's location offered easy access to dining and shopping.

Impressive location .. happen to be Monday and theres pasar malam .. walking no problem. Great place to stay

Room was big & clean. Location was within walking distance from ksl & easy to find. Breakfast was with a good selection.

Location was definitely strategic , however the building and facilities were old , and the breakfast choices provided soso, it’s less than 10mins walk to KSL mall

2 times the grab driver goes 1 big round as the map show can turn left at that landed property. we tried the renovated room. Please take note that the toilet can be super slippery when wet. could you do anti slip treatment to the floor? overall, we can come back as there is 1 street of food

Generally service is good, the room that I stayed at 12th floor is clean and the bed is comfortable to sleep.Only hiccup is on a rainy day my room window is not water proof.

We recently stayed at Crystal Crown Hotel near KSL, opting for a newly renovated room. Initially, I had high hopes for the room, but it turned out to be less impressive than expected. Room Issues: • Kettle Water Heater: The kettle was quite odd—it required me to keep pressing the button for it to heat the water, unlike normal kettles where it works automatically. • Shower Water Heater: The water heater in the shower wasn’t functional at night, and in the morning, it only provided minimal warmth, far from sufficient for comfortable use. • Cabinet Concern: I noticed that the circuit breaker cabinet was left open above, which seemed unsafe. I avoided touching it, but its exposed state was concerning. Positives: • The bathroom looked new, and the sink and bed were in decent condition, though nothing extraordinary. • The housekeeping and dining area staff were polite and welcoming, which added a pleasant touch to our stay. Overall, while the room had potential, these small yet significant issues impacted our experience. The service was good, but I hope the hotel addresses these concerns to improve the overall quality of their accommodations.

Its been sometime since i last came here . The front desk staffs are kind and efficient as always . 👍 Room is always clean and equipped . 👍 They provided toothbrush etc, room slippers as well . Aircon is fine too . Breakfast was nice . 👍 The only con is: pool need to be clean alrdy pls because to compare my prev stays, usually the pool was clean enough . Requested for a late checkout this time round and they allowed it . Thanks 😊 Overall, it have always been wonderful whenever i am here .
