Booked for early check in however tried to call hotel multiple times but to no avail. Arrived at hotel anyways to inform but there were no staff mending the counter. Security was sitting at the back playing with his phone and blatantly said hotel is full and when i mentioned I did a booking already, he said oh staff went for break and ignored me.
After further probing he decided to call for staff.
This kind of service is not acceptable and someone should be at the counter to receive patrons as hotel functions 24 hours.
Very upsetting experience ..
everything else after doesn't matter already as that image already alters my perception..

Room is spacious and clean but a bit dark. Check in experience can be improved - long queue and hv to wait for 30 min before room is ready.

the receptionist never tell me the breakfast timing and also the location. no daily topup of toiletries even tho i stay for 3 days 2 nights. got stain on the bedsheet. food was okay but not much choice.

Fast check-in. Staff serving us is friendly. Room is clean. Only one bad for us - we forgot to bring adaptor and their plug was not working for the cable. Front desk was not able to lend us one hence we need to specially buy a new adaptor for a day stay.

Check in and check out were fast and smooth. The water dispenser was very useful for refilling water. There is a massage spa center at level 1 of the hotel which was very convenient for a quick and relaxation time. But the lift had a damp smell. The room was large, though slightly rundown. The bed was hard, not suitable for those who like soft bedding. The toilet was manageable but slightly old. For a budget stay, this hotel is reasonable, but likely to find better deals elsewhere.
