Easy location & good for those who like to travel to Singapore & back to stay in Malaysia. Save a lot in hotel cost. If stay at Singapore will be very expensive.

Upon check in at the midnight, the receptionist doesn’t provide me with a receipt of deposit which amounted RM50. I have requested for it but he initially rejecting my request and claiming that the deposit will be refunded upon check out.
I have reiterated my concern without a receipt as proof of payment and will the next work shift staff release back the deposit? Then only he issuing me the receipt of deposit. Good try!

Pillow was given only two. Usually should be 4 pillow for double bed queen. Requested for two pillow but was denied and given only one pillow. No shaver, no comb for 3 star hotel. The charging point was far end of the end instead of near the bed as usual. There is only one charging point. Normally two card was given for 3 star hotel. Requested for two card but was denied.
