Great location at Pelangi which is only about 10mins from the Sentral causeway. However, we were earlier and we wanted to put our baggage, and the baggage keeping area is at the door entrance which feels very unsafe. Room is very small, do not have shavers and q tips and the room walls are pretty thin. A very average experience for the price and definitely overhyped.

The room was big and nice as expected. However the ley card given could not be used to get into our room, we asked the staff nearby our room to help us unlock the door.

It was in an easily accessible location.
I went there because I wanted to use the bathtub, but the water was leaking from the bathtub and it took a while to fill up, so I couldn't use it.

First impression: very clean room with a huge bath tub. No wardrobe but has a hanging corner else, Had all basic necessities for a short stay.
Beds were comfy with support and had different pillows, one soft and the other slightly more firm for each of us.
Inconveniences: light switches next to entrance not next to bed and no power socket next to bed.
Nearby are shop houses. Short drive away, Plaza pelangi has a supermarket, Watson, Guardian and SDS bakery.
Overall, family was satisfied with our 2D1N stay.
