A rather unpleasant business trip stay:
1. The Wi-Fi was pretty bad, occasionally disconnecting even though it showed as connected.
2. The facilities were a bit old.
3. The worst part: there was a cigarette butt in the kettle! The hotel just replaced the kettle without even an apology. In over ten years of business travel, this is the first time I've encountered something so disgusting.

Room is spacious. Hotel is strategically located near KSL with plenty of eateries around. The bathroom only comes with rain shower so it may not be convenient for some users.

The shower drainage is abit dirty. A lot of ants on the table. But still acceptable for me. Location is very good. Hope will improve on the cleanliness.

Everything was great during my stay. The staff were very alert, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more pleasant. The room was spacious, cozy, and well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable—perfect for a good rest.
The only area for improvement would be the toilet cleanliness, which could be better maintained. Also, the shower head is the older fixed type. It would be much more convenient to have a removable shower head, especially for families with kids or for guests who may not want to wash their hair every time. Breakfast was great too.. Will be back..

We had a very bad experience in Holiday Villa. The room was not clean & spotted a lizard in the toilet. We had to leave the hotel at abt 1am due to that.

Good stay clean room and toilet. However breakfast buffet is so so crowded even it is so hard to find an empty table. Thanks to the attentive and hardworking staff that make it happen to allow guest to find the table more efficiently.
