Hotel CIQ @ Wong Ah Fook Reviews

Good location easy to locate hotel. Room space is ok standard for 2pax for king size bed. Bathroom is good with heater, also clean. But, definitely cannot bring food into the hotel room as there’s many ants. There’s stain on the bedsheet. The bedsheets are put inside a bag and left outside the side of the lift which is beside our room. There’s night market near the hotel on sat. Convenient to go Ksl. You can get information from the counter to visit their heritage walk. Wifi cannot be connected.

A room of the right size for one person will be most comfortable. What's a pity is that there is no hair dryer to use, but the room is clean, the staff are kind, and near the night market. The atmosphere is not scary. The air conditioner was hot at first but cool after waiting for a while.

Room Are too small. No fridge. Not sound proof. Sound from other rooms can hear loudly. Smoking smell from other rooms come in our room even close the door.

The electric was shoutdown few times and when we sleep suddenly no aircon,and is start from midnight until morning,this is very disappointed....

Next to customs 🛃 and job city square walk less than 10min

Got all the facilities I wanted. The staff were helpful. Managed to get a free parking in front of the hotel so it’s very convenient for me to leave my car there when I’m going to Singapore. The immigration is very close. Just walk 20 minutes to get there.

Decent hotel for the price. No frills. Very basic. Not for light sleepers.

Its not worthable for S$50, the room was very smelly also dont have wardrobe for keep clothes.

Walking distance to City Square, Pasar Karat, and CIQ from this location. Complete accessories, such as a towel, toothbrush, soap, and shampoo Small room suitable for just two people.

It's a reasonable place to stay for a short business trip. The bathroom and bed was comfortable and clean. The room just fall short of expectation. A bit small and not much inside. No closet, blower, iron etc. Even the kettle was dirty with residue mee stain.

Front Desk staff friendly, courtesy and helpful. shower should have the hand hold type.
