Good location and amenities. The room is big and comfy. The downside is the parking is at level 7, it’s a bit of a hassle.

The location is fantastic, however the road have heavy traffic jam, so getting car will be longer waiting time, otherwise the overall experience is very very good as usual.

Good service, clean and adequate room size. Helpful staff at reception and helpful too. View is pretty alright over looking towards Singapore. Location is good if one takes train. But accessing to hotel from JB Sentral is quite challenging if one travel with big luggages- going down and up escalators especially when lifts at train station & mall building, either did not operate or not functioning. On another, cars coming to the hotel pickup also encounter busy traffic along the city’s main road leading to the hotel.

Fantastic stay in the hotel.Service.from restaurant is very superb! They assisted to heat up my leftover dinner and served to my room. Fantastic service!

Very convenient location (opp CIQ) and easy check-in/check-out. Buffet Breakfast has a good variety, and it’s nice to see healthier options like no-sugar soybean milk for those who can’t take dairy. The restaurant feels comfortable, and the rooftop pool area is a cozy spot to relax. Room is generally comfortable, but the sink counter is a bit too deep, and the shower area could be improved to stop water from spilling out. Still, a pleasant stay overall.

Had a pleasant one-night stay at Holiday Inn Johor Bahru. The hotel is clean, modern, and very conveniently located near JB Sentral and shopping malls, making it perfect for a short getaway or business trip. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing night. The bed was especially comfortable and the room had a nice city view. Breakfast selection was decent with both local and international choices. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Johor Bahru.

Fantastic stay at Holiday Inn, Johor Bahru. Location was very convenient, right beside the City Square Mall and Malaysia CiQ. Hotel Hotel facilities were excellent too.
