Lost count of the number of times we have stayed here. Service is always commendable.
The amenities were very much lacking. Towels are worn out, body wash was less than half full, and the body lotion was even rancid.

There was a little hiccup at check in. As it was raining heavily in JB, decided to go back hotel at 2pm. The first customer officer A requested me to wait as was pending housekeeping reply. So I informed her of my wait at the lounge. After 20 mins, she forgot and then passed my check-in to her colleague B who had problem with checking-in. In the process, B gave me excuses like pending housekeeping, checking-in time by right is at 3pm signalling that I need to wait some more. I was annoyed as I saw many other guests managed to check in successfully during my wait for her!!
Though I like the hotel but such customer services is questionable…

A central fairly clean big hotel room. Room can see get worn out by visitors especially from spore. I entered room, floor carpet can see bread crumps but I act blur cos lazy to feedback.
But service can be better. No reply to acknowledge my email to receive parcel. My parcel ended up at G floor security booth and uncollected.
The chat function does not work, and no one called me to follow up during my stay.
Hotel should offer late checkout on weekdays on non spore holidays. Hotel unlikely full occupancy on weekdays, because spore need to work!

We were staying at room 2906, the floor trap in the shower area was choked and it flooded the whole toilet area. Bad experience on this.

I was given early check in hence I could rest for awhile before heading out again. Room was clean, cosy and comfortable. This was not my first time staying at Holiday Inn JBCC. Location is super convenient as it’s located next to Komtar and City Square!

On the day of arrival, out of 3 lift, one was under maintenance. On the 3rd day, only 1 lift was working. The lift, when it arrived at your floor, will stay close until you press the button again. Some rude selfish people in the lift will quickly press the door close button if you are not alert whilst waiting for the lift.
The gym door need to be maintained. When you open and release the door, it will slam with a force that you fear it might shatter..
The breakfast spread needs improvement. The kueh is represented with kueh bakar and popiah which is not kueh at all. The rest of the spread is average at best. Of course the egg station is the best when you consider the other food on offer. So I'll rather rename the hotel "Holiday in Jb". 😅

酒店比較新，在一個商場的8樓是大堂。商場裏面購物美式都有，價格也不貴。酒店離新山與新加坡的關口非常近，從酒店退房可以直接到ICO辦理新加坡入關手續，半個小時可以全部搞定。
