Pros
The room is huge with a 2 seater sofa and a table. Big bathtub but dirty to use as the bathtub and shower is not separated.
Comes with toiletries
Comes with coffee and tea as usual but should have seal up instead.
Cons
No floor mat and room is using carpet but come with disposable slippers
Call reception no one pick up for floor mat
Only 2 pillows but got 1 extra is not wrap and place inside cupboard.
Bed a bit on the hard side.
Suggestions
Should have some plants inside or outside the room or lobby go purifier the Air
Use of hot water dispenser on every floor is better than kettle.
Should upgrade the room floor to tiles or vinyl flooring.
Overall is still a good stay as near to clubs and food outlets.

Bathroom was not clean. Used towel can be seen. Pillow have a bad smell. Breakfast not bad. But all staff are friendly.

The toilet pipe has chewing on it and there were tiny hairs stick to it. The towels are with stains. The bathtub looks unclean. It was uncomfortable for both of us.

The room check-in was not available and it was not processed immediately. I was asked to go up and downstairs with the card 2-3 times, but it still didn't work.
Change rooms only then
And the room I changed was even lower than the one I booked😡
