The hotel is generally good, however, housekeeping is bad. Request clean up room at 9am before i went out. Came back at about 3.40pm, the room is still not cleaned up.
Then i request housekeeping to bring me 2 small face towels. Took them more than 2 hours to deliver, that also it was not face towels but floor towels.
Breakfast is generally okay but not wide spread of varieties.

This was our first stay in this hotel that was within walking distance to KSL Shopping Center. Do take note that you are required to pay MYR 100 in cash as deposit when you check-in to the hotel even though our reservation has already been paid. The reception will issue you a receipt so you can get back your deposit when you check-out. We were given a room on the 16 floor. Room and toilet are very spacious and reasonably clean. The only issue is the windows that is full of stains unable to have a good view of the surroundings. Every Monday night from 5 pm to 10 pm, there is a night market just outside the hotel stretching all the way to KSL Shopping Center. It was very crowded and we bought food from some stalls that have good reviews for our dinner. This hotel is a good alternative if KSL Resort is fully booked.

My usual hotel when I stay over in Johor. The bed is very nice and comfortable. Location is near KSL.

looks grand at lobby, but corridor considered rundown with odd smell and peeling walls and ceiling, carpet was dirty as well, room was ok, spacious, clean, no odd smell

This is my go to hotel whenever Im in JB for the weekend. From the service right down to the quality of the bed, its all tiptop for me. Love the ckeanliness and the size of the rooms. And the price is reasonable. The ssrvice has improved trenendously frm my first stay till now. Keep it up. Will definitely choose Grand Paragon always.
