As a solo traveller, this place is perfect for you to stay or layovers. The host, Gan, he is very helpful. Room is spacious for single occupants. I will return to this guesthouse for my transit to Singapore. The room only has wall fan. If you want an AC you have to pay extra RM13 . I do not need AC because I don't like cold. But the room always feels cooling except afternoon is hotter . Thanks Gan! 😀

Comfortable! The host is very friendly. The first time I came and he explained everything to me including how to get around the area and how I can go the airport on the next day!. The room and toilet are super clean. I also enjoyee seeing the cats there. I could say this is one of the most memorable place I stayed so far.

Highly recommended!! Gan was very friendly and was there to welcome me even tho I checked in really late!! Feel free to ask him for any recommendations for food etc. in the vicinity! Everything is clean, well decorated and well organised!! Highly recommended for everyone!! Will visit again if I have the opportunity:) thank you so much:)

Great and cosy place to stay at… the owner was very accommodating to cater my check-in timing in the wee hours of the morning due to late arrival from work… hope to stay next time again!

Good place location near bus stop covenant school, cheap price per night under RM 30, many foreigners and Malaysian working in Singapore stay here because nearby JB immigration and bus sentral to Singapore, you can cook free in the kitchen, they have laundry service from RM 7 to RM 15

This guest House area are super clean and chill. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially to tourist. The best hostel I stayed at in Johor, carpoarch looks like a mini zoo garden areas are dim light open. I was pleasently surprised to get free coffee , as well as that there is a small cage area in the garden feels like at home where you can chit chat with my new friend 🐈

Gan is a very helpful and polite guy. You can look that he cares about the questhouse in every detail. There is an aquarium and couple of cats at the courtyard. The place is very chill and you can meet other travelers if you are traveling alone. There is free hot/cold drinking water and amenities to prepare yourself a meal if you like. Recommended 👍

This is a nice cozy hostel. Gon is very friendly n helpful to guide you everything like how to get food or bus around this area n where you may pay a visit. Good for people who's just stay few days with short budget.
