The hotel is a 5 to 10-minute walk from Mid Valley Mall. It's important to be cautious of passing cars when crossing lanes. The rainfall from the shower is minimal, and there are numerous ants on the beds. Despite these issues, the overall stay was acceptable.

The service here needs big improvement. Checked in to a lady receptionist who was not in the mood. She didn’t even bother saying hello when i greeted her. Asked her if there was late check out and she said ‘ask tomorrow morning shift’.
In the morning i asked the morning shift and he said ‘no late check out as we need to prepare for next customer’. Didn’t even bother checking my room number after i tried giving it to him twice.
I paid same pricing as i would at Renaissance or Amari. Surely the service staff needs an upgrade.
The breakfast and room were good.

Encounter a stain bath towel and the hotel staff infd no ice after kitchen hrs is ridiculous for a full service hotel. what’s the point in staying at a full service hotel if they cannot provide you 24hrs services. Most likely is just staff lazy to provide the services
