Overall
this hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. you get what you pay for. Check in was very very very slow. It was 4pm and room was NOT ready

the male receptionist was dismissive. so it was a negative experience however the service by all other staff are good.

1st time trying this hotel, we will never come here again! Horrible! Especially my sister room, there a lot small cockroach, until it keep coming and they cant bear with it n request for a new room. Everything was very old here, there stain on bedsheet & towel. Dust in those not obvious area. For me was too scary to stay in if i’m alone.
There problem for the lift too! Breakfast was boring too.

We stayed 1 nite at deluxe room. Hotel really badly rundown. Monitor lizard was swimming in the pool.
Breakfast nothing wow. Will not recommend.

Stayed at this hotel for the weekend! The area is quite nice but not near malls! The food around is pretty good tho!! Can travel with family and friends

Location is near to Woodlands checkpoint by car.Hotel is quite old.My room doesnt have fridge,water kettle spoil and remote control doesnt have batteries… 😢 no towel but received abt 5mins after calling reception.
Kids pool renovate.
Services and staff is so so polite.always smiling and greeting us.

The toilet was so dated and the sink and the bathtub were not the cleanest. The clothes hanging bar was crooked . Half hour after we checked in the power went out and the repairman came swiftly upstairs to turn it back on.
Air cond was nice and cold, bed was comfortable and breakfast was yummy.

This time round the counter staff it’s a bit rude . Kinda disappointed with the service this time. Anyway the rest is still as usual .

Pros:
- nice sea view
- comfortable bed
- separate bathtub and shower area
- Huge pool (feels like a resort, with slide for children so very family friendly)
- decent size gym
- breakfast buffet had decent variety and taste (very value for money given cost of room)
- staff were friendly and proactive
Cons
- Room shows serious signs of ageing. Even though could see that it was refurbished, things still look like they are falling apart
- not sure if it’s just my room, but tv channels come and go. Sometimes it’s working and sometimes it’s not. Limited channels as well.
- pillow was way too soft
- My King size bed was actually two super single beds put together.
- Only bath towels provided and it was very worn. No other towels provided.
- Not really baby friendly as there hotel does not have baby shower tub. Thankfully room comes with a bath tub
- sound insulation pretty bad. Could hear sounds from the corridor
