Pros: Love the location. Within walking distance from Lepak Corner (24 hours) eating place. Just across Komtar JBCC and also within walking distance from Pasar Karat (10 - 15mins walk).
Free Reserved parking available (if i drive in) which is right infront of the hotel.
Cons: as a family with 5 young children, even though the Family room was still available when we checked in, it was sold out via Trip app. Hotel do not have connecting rooms. The best is to be side by side

This is a our common go to hotel. Simple with good location. It has almost everything we need for a short staycation in JB.

Hotel staff are very friendly and professional. Room is clean and the bed are comfortable. Housekeeping was very good too. Location is superb as it is surrounded by shopping malls.

Location is good. Accommodate to my requests - high floor and side by side rooms. Will definitely come back again

Location is superb near JBCC. Room is so comfortable and nice. Only gym available, no swimming pool.

Our stay at Fives hotel was amazing! The room was so comfy and the hotel staffs are very accommodating. The check-in/out was smooth. The breakfast was also good. Its near to the places you would wanna visit. Will definitely be back again. Thank you so much!

Came here with a big group. Hotel concierge was nice to try and accommodate to our requests to be on the same floor!
Strategic location, next to a mall and provided free parking 🅿️ (can be a little hard to find - turn left after the hotel lobby and you’ll see the entrance)

Clean, modern, and surprisingly cozy vibe. Great location Se rounding all foodie & cafe. The symmetry of the twin beds and lighting makes it look neat and calming — very “good sleep guaranteed” energy 😄
