We found a couple of fingernails on the floor. Wifi was horrible, kept on disconnecting from it. One of us could not even connect to the Wifi. Bed was very stiff, flat and uncomfortable. Location was fantastic.

It’s my third time staying in this hotel. The photo shown are deluxe king room. Didn’t opt in breakfast this time. Overall stay was smooth. I always enjoy my stay in this hotel and will definitely come back again.

No complaints for location as it is just situated about 10 mins walk from CIQ.
Amenities have to improve. Air con was leaking ice, a result from lack of maintainence. Luckily, reception was kind enough to change rooms
Overall, worth a stay due to location.

Overall stay in the hotel was good. Executive room is big and spacious for family of 5 to fit in. The breakfast though could be better. Overall good experience.

This was a last min trip to johor and I love this hotel. Will recommended to anyone looking for a short trip to JB! There are quite a number of food nearby that open late as well!

I’m very happy and amazed by hotel front desk services! Stayed 3D2N. I emailed and reminded them on Wed 26th that my best friend actual birthday is yesterday 27th hopefully that’s a compliment cake. After we went out till late afternoon back was surprised to see the awesome decorations! We are so happy and highly recommend this hotel to stay for anyone who just needs a clean and quiet room 19th floor too😍 Was given early check in 11am+ without holding our luggage around😅 Will definitely stay here when I visit JB again!
