JB City Shopping Mall Apartment

Near KSL City Mall, there’s a place that offers good massages, delicious food, and a playground for kids.

Received a unit thats wasn't same as pictured, but I really appreciated the change. I booked a double bed + 1 bunk bed, but I was given 2 double bed + 1 bunk bed. Plenty of bed to lie on. Only stayed for a few hours, but it was a comfortable stay. Management were very responsive and I appreciate the help! Will come back to this unit if I were to stay in ksl again. Cleanliness is a 4* because the square cushions smelled awful. Maybe can just wash or discard them. Otherwise, everything is clean :)

Regarding hygiene aspects:There are ants on the dining table, and it's a bit greasy. The air in the room is not good, especially in the 2nd guest room. The air conditioner probably needs to be cleaned. It would be better if some tissues could be provided! Location: Near to KSL shopping mall. there is a night market there every Monday.

Checking in is seamless. Easy to navigate and access to cards. Waiting for lift getting up and to ground is quite frustrating. Ceiling fan covered with layers of dust. Unpleasant.

The services of the staffs was the best point! . Room & wardrobe have the old musty smell. The toilets are not clean well throughly the trip. Housekeeping might need to brush out. Overall we really great experience & can walk to icon Mall (10mins+) & we felt safe. Nnk

Stayed at B27-03. The room was not clean. Cockroach crawled out from the carpet. The mattress below the double decker bed was moldy. We dare not put our kids to sleep there. The pillow was black when you peeked below the pillow case. The bath tub has cracked line. The door lock was spoilt. We did not dare to sit on the sofa too. Scare of cockroach. The only good thing about the room was the hair dryer. It was strong enough. Overall, we will not stay in this room again. Luckily only staying for 1 night. One more thing, the lift was horrible. Only 4 lifts serving the residents. But 1 was spoilt. So have to wait for lift for almost 30mins before we can get in. The wait was a no no.

Lift at Level 6 link to KSL. Abit noisy at night, have sound of engine running. Bathtub was shacking, toilet bowl have little water flush out. The worst is the lift, only 2 lift working and may need to wait for 30min to 1hrs🥶 we walk down by staircase 35 floor😰

This is a nice apartment hotel with no room service nor lobby, suitable for families especially with kids. The place is clean when we checked in, and the diy checkin is quite intuitive wth good instructions. For its price during non-peak, there’s little to complain. When it comes to peak though, prices soars, and the number of guests creates a jam at the lift access to the 39 floor apartment rooms. During our stay, one lift was down and with only 3/4 lifts, the waiting time during checkin and checkout is very very long. Hot water the shower is centralised and not reliable at all. Due to its proximity to KSL Mall, size of the room, and its good price during non-peak, its a recommend, but don’t expect perfection here.
