Estive hospedado no MERCURE JOINVILLE PRINZ com minha esposa e tive uma grata surpresa. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa. Gostaria de minha total satisfação com a experiência proporcionada. Desde o momento do check-in até a hora do check-out, o serviço e as instalações do hotel foram verdadeiramente impressionantes. Hotel extremamente limpo. Os colaboradores muito atenciosos e educados. Desde a recepção até os serviços de quarto, a hospitalidade e a cordialidade foram excepcionais. A equipe estava sempre pronta para ajudar, com sorrisos genuínos que tornaram a estadia ainda mais agradável, com especial menção à Elisa, que nos atendeu de forma muito especial. A vista do hotel é linda (seguem as fotos). Tanto a noite quanto de dia. Recomendo este estabelecimento a quem procura não apenas acomodações de alta qualidade, mas também um serviço excepcional e uma atmosfera acolhedora. Mal posso esperar para retornar e vivenciar novamente a hospitalidade incomparável deste estabelecimento.

I have stayed at the Mercure in Joinville every month, in the last two yeas, for business and it is aways a great experience. Although the hotel is a bit old and it is currently under renovation, the service is really good and makes it the best hotel in town. One episode that made me write this review has happened recently. I have lost my phone inside to the hotel, between breakfast and check out... and when I realised I was without the phone I became extremely worried believing that someone has taken it. With this situation at hand, the staff was fantastic. Enzo and Daniel at the front desk, helped me to calm down, get my computer, log in to apple find and finally find the phone at the parking lot They were mote than professional, they were kind and helpful. Therefore, I confidently recommend anyone who is going to Joinville to stay at the Mercure.
