這個品論希望中國人看下，面對一家錦江之星合作酒店竟然會敵視中國人。
半夜入住是可以的，前台小夥給了一個電梯口房間，我們換了個裡麪的，正常入住。但是停車需要10歐元停車費，而且停車場環境很差，閘門也不太好找。
重點來了，第二天我正常辦理續住，十點半辦理，前台説已經給我我們辦理離店了不能入住現在房間。我忍了。然後告訴我們必須留預售權100歐元，我們昨天正常入住也沒有，所以問為什麼。她拿出一個擺在前台的紙，告訴上面寫了，估計是我們看不懂，但是我朋友在法國生活多年，據理力爭，上面寫的是如果付現金，需要卡擔保預授權。根本不是她説的那樣。然後她還是要刷卡才能入住。然後開始吵架跟我朋友，就説需要刷卡。
沒有辦法攜程溝通。跟攜程用英語溝通也是一頓吵架。
對於攜程我也是服了，跟軟柿子一樣，先讓我消氣，然後説給我打折，然後説酒店不推錢。我説反正我不住了，你們自己處理吧。而且你們並沒有寫需要預授權這個事情。
作為這個服務業確實不應該跟我們吵，也別欺負我們中國人看不懂法文，咱們不是隨便捏的軟柿子，也希望攜程能給我一個答覆。打八折就能把民族的臉都不要了嗎？我不是一個憤青。但是希望你們能有點國家民族擔當。

所有人員服務態度真的都很好，有賓至如歸的感覺，訂了兩次，離RAR步行10分鐘左右，地理位置佳，周圍很方便也很安全，後面就是超市，飯店房間及大廳環境舒服，不管是一樓的CAFE或房間都很舒適，唯一也是蠻致命的缺點是旁邊就是Pub,所以才12-2可以聽到隔壁吵雜的音樂聲，如果在意睡眠隔音需要三思，總之如果有機會還是會選擇，有一點很重要，
有複印功能，真的幫了大忙：）

Hôtel très bien situé Attention en revanche en bas de l hôtel il y a un pub très Bryant jusqu'à 2h du matin impossible de dormir ! 1 ascenseur pour desservir 5 étages je vous laisse imaginer le temps d attente par moment Petit déjeuner sans plus le strict minimum Bref a ce prix là peut mieux faire
