Hotel Grover Regency

Room conditions were terrible therefore i have not stayed in grover regency naina devi. Refund my amount and duelist this property. Room conditions were pathetic and terrible. Dirty toilet, dirty bed sheets, odor, insufficient lights etc. Not worth staying at all

Staying at this property was horrible. The staff was not all cooperative. The washroom was not clean and water was not coming breakfast was included but the didn't provide us with the breakfast rather charged us for the dinner. I would not recommend any one to stay at hotel grove r regency!

I visited this hotel after checking at various platforms listings but to my surprise is worst hotel and you can't even call this as hotel as this is worst garbage i can about this. Their toilets were stinking and laundry wasn't cleaned. Their Toilet seats are not fixed and when you flush the toilets whole water came out from bottom. While booking they will tell you the super deluxe rooms are at first floor but these rooms are in basement. There is no 3rd floor as they make fool of customers. This is totally wastage of money. Instead of advance booking you should visit at this place and look for some dharamshala as there are so many rooms available there. Their rooms are well cleaned and maintained than this hotel room. So don't waste your hard earned money on booking such dump yards
