Overall, it was a great stay. Very clean and spacious. The bathroom and shower were really nice They definitely have to improve on their breakfast, but the coffee made up for it.

Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Best hotel coffee. Courteous friendly service. 3rd time we have stayed here. Always a good experience. Roy at front desk was very helpful. Generally do not write reviews but want to let others know of our positive experiences here.

The A/C/heat was very hard to adjust and the vents blew directly at the bed. The vents were adjustable, but when you aimed the in a different direction they would always return to blowing directly onto the bed

Upon arrival I was hit with a "$100 smoking" deposit that I did not know about, he told me it was because I booked with *******. It was 9pm I did not have the energy to argue. The person at the desk said my room number out loud, not something I am used to. You enter at the front, park at the back and use a key to get into a side door, key fob for side door did not work, had to enter through the main lobby. Room older, I had 2 queen beds one had top sheets with what was once blood and they attempted to bleach out. The easy chair in the room was dirty and stained. No grab bars near or in the shower.

Had to make an unexpected trip from GA to Joliet for a funeral. Having been from.the area before I knew the Best Western was well located for my needs. The price was as reasonable as you find now, tbe staff all very friendly and the room and facilities well maintained. Would definitely stay there again.
