To begin with, the assigned room was occupied. The front desk clerk seemed overwhelmed. If you like hot coffee for breakfast, it was OK, otherwise don't bother, it was very poor to say the least. Staff tried to be friendly but, it seemed not competent.

Good service and staff had good attitude

It was a quick trip for my daughter and me. We checked in pretty late, and checked out first thing in the morning. The room seemed clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Uh oh! Whoever gave this place a decent rating must have been really tired like this hotel. First of all it reeks of smoke in the hallways even though we had a non-smoking room. It looks nice enough from the outside; evidently some attempts have been made to update the place but the carpeting looked dirty in the hallways and was even worse in our room which was marginally clean. The bed was clean and comfortable enough and the towels were decently thick but overall not the kind of place most people would choose to stay. We had to go back to the desk 3 times because the card keys wouldn’t open the door and the TV wouldn’t work in the morning. The staff were pleasant and tried to be helpful but honestly, this place needs a thorough overhaul.

Ben and Erin need to come refurbish this place. The bed could be used for a half-pike for a skateboard. We kept rolling downhill to the center. Enough dust behind the TV that you could throw seed.

The location was in a busy, but convenient location. The staff could have been more welcoming - rarely saw them smile. This hotel needs updating. The decor is very worn & tired. The water pressure in the shower was very weak.
