Terrific! We became very! We were warmly welcomed at reception, but previously we couldn't reach it because the access road to the hotel was blocked and our sat nav couldn't find a way. After calling the hotel, an employee came running from there! and opened the barrier and walked us alongside our car to the hotel. Then he accompanied my husband to the parking lot, as it was complicated to get to the reserved parking space in a large hall because of a church event with a high-ranking dignitary, for which the police had closed everything. This was a unique event in Orange, but the hotel helped us a lot with the car. Our junior suite was very large with a large, comfortable bed. The bathroom was the largest we had in 6 weeks of vacation in France, everything was perfectly equipped, classic style, but with very nice tiles. The shower was very large and nothing got wet outside and the tile floor in the shower was not smooth but very secure (much ! better than most other hotels). Showering there was a pleasure! Everything was nicely furnished, NOT “loveless” as written in another guest review, that’s not true. The heating worked well (November) and you could sleep with the window open, it was so quiet. We didn't have breakfast there, so no opinion on that. Location perfect in the center. A wonderful stay, absolutely recommended, thank you very much to the hotel and its staff!!

Only 2 mins walk, there are few restaurants around as well as few groceries store.
Every Thursday morning there is a fantastic French gathering market.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche du théâtre antique, toutes les visites peuvent se faire à pied. Pas de parking direct, mais l'hôtel propose un parking sécurisé à proximité. L'accueil est excellent, tout est mis en oeuvre pour satisfaire le client. Le restaurant étant fermé le dimanche, on nous a indiqué plusieurs adresses, prenant même la peine de téléphoner à chaque établissement pour être sûrs qu'ils étaient bien ouverts. Les conseils ont été excellents. La chambre était vaste, confortable et très calme. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

The hotel was nice. The wine was great. The location is awesome. THE STAFF IS THE BEST HOTEL STAFF I HAVE EVER SEEN. The women at the front desk went so far above and beyond that I was consistently impressed. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!!!!

Réservation pour une chambre Deluxe (supérieur) avec un grand lit.(le mail est sans ambiguïté; il n’est aucunement précisé que cela est suivant la disponibilité (ils insistent trop lourdement à tord sur ce point) À mon arrivée, une chambre avec 2 lits ! On me propose d’ajouter 20€ pour une chambre de catégorie supérieure avec un grand lit ou en compensation une boisson au bar. Tout simplement inacceptable ! Quel aurait été le coût pour eux de me loger dans une chambre de catégorie supérieure ? Ils ont préféré faire un client très très mécontent.

Located very close to the centre pf Orange, our x3 nighht stay at Hotel d'Orange was an excellent. Recently refurbished and renamed the Hotel d'Orange has great Provencale character and makes a very good base from which to explore this small but beautiful town and the surrounding area. Staff were very helpful too.
