Quest Joondalup

Not a very good experience. Rooms were cleaned once in 4 nights

Stayed to have time to visit friends so having a base point was important. Just a few minutes walk to Joondalup shopping center. Dome next door and other restaurants. Great place to stay

Good location for where we needed to be, and gave us a discounted rate for a room upgrade when we decided to extend our stay. Clean rooms, and friendly staff. Easy walk to cafes & restaurants nearby.

Great service and rooms Only thing was the beds came with one normal pillow and one in like a denim case and it was like a rock Tv also was disconnected from the Qtv network so had to connect to quest quest wifi but signal was terrible so ended up having to use mobile hotspot to watch streaming

Such a great hotel. Booked it for my brother and wife as both my brothers enjoyed staying here earlier this year. With a king size bed kitchenette dishwasher washing machine lounge dining table and all for such good value. With a bkacony in the heart of joondalup city center. Short walking distance to lakeside and nice restaurants and bars. Would recommend this place to everyone. They cancelled the joondaluo resort week to stay here a further week. Even has a gym 🏋️‍♂️ 💪

From the booking process to arrival I was kept informed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I received an upgrade on arrival to a superior room which was very welcome! I would recommend Quest Joondalup to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in the area

Was unable to arrive at the hotel as planned due to a flight cancellation. I was not offered a full refund despite of showing evidence. Sometimes circumstances are out of our control, however, zero understanding from the hotel management. One should see beyond $$$ sometimes. When our flight got camcelled in the morning, we called the hotel, informed them of the circumstances, and requested that they cancel the booking and provide a refund. Staff member told us that they were happy to offer full refund only if the company that we made the booking with (Agooda) was happy to cancel the booking without penalty. We called Agooda, and they said they were happy to provide a full refund, but the hotel management is stopping them from doing so. We called the hotel again, and the management bluntly refused to offer a full refund and said it was against their policy. They also acknowledged that they had sighted the issue of flight cancellation, however, they were still unable to help because this was against their hotel policy. This was also now contradicting what their staff had told us over the phone. We were already devastated by the cancellation of our flight, and there was zero consideration or understanding of our circumstances because management's eyes were only on making $$$. I wasn't expecting such a below standard approach to this matter from Quest. 

Very happy from the time of check in to check out. Wifi was reliable. Check in staff were efficient and friendly. The fact it had a small kitchen assisted in my dietary needs removing the requirement to eat fast food. close tot he shops and other entertainment venues.
