Everything was great. The only thing I would change is housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:30am on day of checkout. I felt that was too early to do that.

The hotel is very nice. Front desk gal was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
The problem is- finding the place. Your address on the ******* hotel site is INCORRECT. We drove around fir 20 minutes before asking several people and realizing we were on the wrong side of freeway. Hotel is on Arizona NOT SOUTH ARIZONA.

First time ever on check with a firm reservation that room rate was adjusted upward on arrival. Hotel said on arrival there were actually various military/government rates apart from one published fixed rate set on national web page. Never happen previously as long time member, user. Was minimal up charge so did not quibble, feeling that Neev Holding/KMG Hotels management firm doing disservice entire Corporate image worried about pennies. Local area has so many hotels, all needing more business. Sad that hotel new and clean, but not welcoming or smiling, no breakfast, no gratis water, just looking spartan.

The hotel was kind of hard to find but is back off the main road a bit. We checked in easily. The room was comfortable and clean. After we checked in another couple checked in and had two dogs. They must’ve left because for the next hour or do the dogs were whining and crying at the door. We went to the person at the desk. Sh tried calling them but they didn’t answer. She gave us another room on another floor. It was quiet and we had a great nights sleep.
