Under the bed hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. Water tends to run across the floor from the shower no matter how careful you are. Clean other wise.

Had to kill bugs and clean up dead bugs. Killed a spider and cleaned up the Cob Webb. Cleaned up water on the carpet and the white towel was brown when I finished cleaning the carpet. Outlets by bed did not work. Nasty dirty room. I felt dirty abd felt like bugs were crawling on me. 🙁

This hotel is near everything you'd want to see and do in Joplin. The front desk staff is pleasant and helpful.

Room was clean and nice. Problem was access. We were on second floor and steps were on outside of building no elevators. If you don’t want steps ask for first floor. Breakfast was good. Plenty of everything. Metal platform bed so went bang when you moved just right.
