Good and safe location in the Joplin hotel district. Room was clean and they offered full amenities, including hot breakfast. Front desk worker wasn’t that nice, but staff were otherwise good.

grandkids were so happy to have the swimming pool open and they were quite impressed with the breakfast buffet - hot chocolate and individual waffles, it was a comfortable stay - just wish you had exhaust fans in the bathroom!

The breakfast was the worst we have ever had. Eggs were scrambled, but they had been sitting in the warmer so long they were not edible. Coffee was cold. The only hot food was the gravy.
