Super 8 by Wyndham Joplin

It was good for a night. The location was near lots of restaurants and right off the highway. The pool was closed and nasty. The staff working were great!

I paid for this room and there are 3 very small pillows. When we requested a few more we were advised they don’t provide extra pillows. I am giving this hotel a 0; the room is musty and they are to cheap to provide any extra amenity to their customers. Joplin, MO is the worst one, I have never been treated like this. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel like they are inconveniencing the staff. Avoid this Super 8 in Joplin MO, it isn’t worth it.

Odd smell in the hallways and annoying housekeeping

I only booked this hotel because of the price. Should have went with my gut, and stayed elsewhere. I was single woman traveling alone, did not feel the safest being here.

Said breakfast had nothing, no waffles!

Quick and easy access from the highway. The staff were friendly. Parking was a little tight

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. The beds are horrible the tv doesn’t work. Mold on the ceiling. We were 100% respectful about the situation but they refused to refund when it clearly states fully refundable! Never stay there!!!!

Toliet was leaking all over floor

Currently awaiting our house to be finished and this place has treated us well. I have two teenagers and we also have a St. Bernard and we have had no issues. The breakfast is an great addition. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.
