Bad reservation and front desk experience. The restaurant and pool were closed for renovations. Overall bad experience.

This hotel is close to nothing though conveniently located right off the highway. The room and bathroom were clean but the balcony was not. It was very noisy. There is an indoor pool which had been recently renovated. The restaurant was closed for renovations. We only stayed here because we were part of a wedding group rate. Even with the group rate, the price was very high for the quality.

We stayed here while attending a wedding nearby. Our lakeside room gave us a quiet beautiful view of the lake in the morning to see the sunrise and watch the lights of the city come on in the evening. The lobby also offers a vista view of the lake. Sylvia on the front desk was the best! When we called just before midnight to inquire about a cot for an unexpected extra guest it was in our room when we got back from the reception - no problem. The pool was lovely and clean and we enjoyed a relaxing swim in the morning. Overall, a great guest experience.

The hotel is overpriced and somewhat outdated. There were extra, unexpected charges included in the bill such as facility fees, municipal accomodations taxes, DMT (?), Visa service charges. There is no elevator between floors and no daily cleaning of the room.
