Chambre propre, petit déjeuner avec des produits faits maison. A dix minutes de Disneyland Paris. Très bonne accueil à notre arrivée.

The place is okay, the room pretty small, the meals very good, but the service slow and not very tourist friendly. Breakfast is a disaster.

The service is so bad on this hotel - they would not allow me to cancel my booking 5 minutes after I booked it, two weeks in advance. First they ignored my message and when I called them they were Soo unfriendly. No service, no recommendation. That kind of money grabbing is ridiculous.

Nous avons séjourné au Cheval Blanc lors de notre séjour à Disneyland Paris. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel parce qu'il proposait justement une navette (payante) pour aller au parc, or il s'avère que vous n'avez pas le choix des horaires de la navette et qu'en plus vous ne pouvez bénéficier de la navette le soir si vous ne l'avez pas prise le matin... sauf que cela n'est pas mentionné sur le site (ainsi que le prix était bien plus élevé que de prendre un taxi). L'hôtel n'est pas de grand standing, mais le personnel est sympathique.
