這家酒店很有意思，車子開到門口了，即找不到門，也看不到人，而導航顯示就在這裏了，我們反覆地找，車子慢慢地接近門口，門慢慢地自動開啟了。進入后里麪停滿了豪車，讓人體會到所謂的“低奢”。

Le personnel n’est pas à la hauteur pour l’exigence que l’on attend pour un relais château. Les réceptionnistes ne sont même au courant que nous étions en plein week-end des journées du patrimoine , nous avions une suite pour un week-end d’anniversaire il est de bon ton et agréable d’y trouver un plateau de courtoisie avec un petit mot de bienvenue voir un petit présent pour notre fille de 6 ans ce qui se fait habituellement dans cette catégorie d’établissement. Le dîner catastrophique je n’y reviens pas ( avis posté sur le restaurant ) Absolument pas la hauteur de Relais Châteaux !

This place is absolutely STUNNING. Easily in the top 5 hotels I've stayed in and would come back in a heartbeat. Everyone we encountered were friendly, patient and helpful. The only place that marks were lost was the drinks menu. I realise that in a 5* hotel in a remote location you are likely to pay a premium for a cocktail but 18 euros for a margarita that was about 4 sips and 70 euros for a bottle of prosecco took the mickey a bit. The drinks are unbelivably expensive. Still, this was a first world problem and we had an absolutely fantastic time otherwise N.B. if you hire the E-Bikes, ask the batteries to be charged the night before!!

Deuxième séjour à tort .comptant sur une amélioration due au covid c'est en fait pire. Obligée de caler son emploi du temps par rapport aux clients irrespectueux à la piscine (où les transats sont trop proches,la piscine minuscule pour 48 chambres.) Et ce ne sont pas les enfants le problème mais des parents qui se croient tout permis et seuls ! . Des gens grossiers et sans éducation qui devraient aller dans un camping ! Sans compter le service au restaurant où l'on vous propose la moitié de la carte,où l'on vous installe pour le petit déjeuner sur une table sale, où l'on est obligé de demander un torchon pour sécher des assiettes trempées au petit déjeuner! Un service de nettoyage où le sol de la chambre n'est ni aspiré ni lavé en 7 jours, La liste est longue. Pas de repos ni de plaisir de lire au bord de la piscine puisque des clients qui éclaboussent (même vos livres) sans s'excuser.. La direction ne fait rien pour faire appliquer les règles et permettre à des clients qui travaillent toute l'année de se reposer pendant 1 semaine. Je rejoins les derniers avis du 4 août et cela me rassure de voir qu'il y a encore quelques personnes pour qui le mot respect a un sens.

Un moment hors du temps dans ce Mas rythmé par la bonne humeur et bienveillance des équipes. Une propreté irréprochable, une décoration raffiné et des mets de qualité. Que ce soit pour un déplacement professionnel ou encore un séjour individuel je recommande cet établissement.

As a 5 Star hotel, one expects a certain level of service and accommodation / infrastructure. Whilst the room itself was fine (clean, good size and good views), the food and infrastructure is what lets this place down big time. Food wise, the hotel has fallen into the trap of offering a ‘gastronomic’ menu which in essence means, small portions, high prices and regretful poor execution in the meal itself. To be in the heart of Provence, with an abundance of quality ingredients, it’s a total shame to see them deliver mediocre level tasting dishes. At lunch time, they have a small bar/restaurant which offers bar food. Problem there is they ran out of all hot food: beef, fish etc. They just about managed fries! Room service food was equally disappointment. We ordered ice cream and received 2 tiny balls of ice cream… imagine quail egg size! When we wanted to speak with a member of the management we were told they were busy/in a meeting. Finally, the pool. Tiny, crowded with families and not very restful. Overall poor establishment for a 5 star considering you have to be prepared to drive to have decent food. Avoid
