It was nice to have a golf course together. The swimming pool is also nice. I think you can get to the hotel in 15 minutes if there is no traffic. It is said that commuting hours in Panama are also blocked.

I rented the room for a friend, so she could rest for a few hours between flights. Even though I provided all the information to the hotel, through Tryp, they did not authorize her access until two hours after her arrival, which prevented her from resting as we wanted. A total lack of professionalism. When he was finally able to access it, the room had no hot water and the TV didn't work. The hotel is aware of all this. I tried to talk to the director but it was impossible due to lack of interest from the management I think they should demand a full refund from the hotel.

Excellent hotel, modern room, spacious and very clean. The bed is fantastic huge and super comfortable, a dream. The swimming pool is very large and super pleasant. The buffet breakfast is very very good. The bar is very pleasant but the big plus is the professional, friendly, super efficient, attentive staff, a real five-star service. Well done. 🤩

The room is relatively small, no windows, no balcony

Truly exceptional! The golf course, the swimming pool, the gym, the room… everything is perfect and located a few minutes from the airport. I will come back and I will stay a few days because I only spent one night there before my departure from panama

The hotel is beautiful and staffs are kind and great , the property next to the hotel was under construction and was very noisy during the time spend at the pool .

This was just a beautiful resort. Gorgeous building, nice comfy rooms, excellent food, nice pools. To Uber everywhere was easy from this resort and tours would charge $10 to pick you up there, but no big deal. Our kids loved the pools and breakfast buffet. The only feedback I really have is to have a safety shower mat for the shower, as the floor gets slippery, and our toddler slipped twice in there and bumped his head. Also- we could not go in the pool on New Years Eve, as they were setting up for party. A playground over on the turf between the golf center and main lobby would be AMAZING for families, as there is no playground for kids to run around currently, and the rooms are tight. Other than that, amazing stay!

Staff were excellent. David at recepción exceeded expectations. Kiana at restaurant was very courteous and attentive. Betsali at Spa also provided exceptional service

The best hotel in Panama City. The beds are very comfortable. Best breakfast a lot of the choices. The restaurant was great too .the staff were very friendly and very helpful.Highly recommended .

Property, staff and overall a great place to stay. I travelled to Panama on a 2 day business trip and this is a great place to stay. The first night I had an issue with a person that had a “party” right next door and was really loud until 4am, I called security and they took care of the matter. I changed to another room.

Enjoyed my stay will be back in my next visit
