This place was awsome. Very beautiful beaches and the service was great. I recommend the Mojitos at the sportsbar.

Great place for a short stay.

Excellent service from the staff, and the room was great. Buffet service was good also. The location is very close to the beach, and if you don't want to go to the beach you have good pools here to enjoy with bar included. Planning to come back here eventually.

Good services and food, the rooms are big and very clean.

Extraordinary stay, on December 31 we had a grandiose dinner and concert on the beach which had been set up, during the dinner of December 24 and 31 we had an extraordinary saxophonist etc...

The place is good in general but they receive too many people for day passes and it makes the atmosphere a little unpleasant. At one point the line to go to eat was super long

Very attentive staff, there is a buffet restaurant where you have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Throughout the day there is an open snack bar and different bars. In addition to the night prior reservation you can go to a Dominican, Mediterranean, Tex Mex restaurant... I loved the hotel and the surroundings.

Went with family. There’s lots to do and staff is wonderful. Needs updates and repairs but nothing seemed unsafe. Would go back. As a side note if you fly to Punta Cana it is about 1:30 away. We rented a car and everything was fine, make sure you have at least 300 pesos for tolls. Power is same as US so CPAP and chargers worked perfectly.

Amazing time at this Resort !! Room was very clean and service was great. had water bottles with the room service everyday !! Buffet La Tereza had an amazing staff, Jonny was super helpful and brought us fresh fruits, mango and pineapples everyday. other waiters and hostesses were great as well & always had a smile & very welcoming. beach and pool we great, we enjoyed the activities like volley ball in pool with other guests. nighttime show with dancers and music kept us entertained till late evening. already planning to come back in 2025 with my family.

Why we would go back: beach, views, friendliness of the staff, restaurant meals Why we would consider other resorts: smoking everywhere (except the restaurants), buffet quality/variety (though breakfast was delicioso), some activities not available-mini golf

Very very nice resort! The staff is amazing, the food is great, the drinks are even better! The only down side is there's little to do in this area, but the resort keeps you somewhat busy. Highly recommended!

I loved the resort and the activities provided were very creative and fun. The shows after dinner were very enjoyable and funny. The buffet had lots of options, and there were other restaurants that you could make a reservation from. It was just safe and clean environment. I would definitely go again!

Lots to say. Limited English speak staff. The resort was the only resort with a breaking wall to dampen the waves, allowing you to swim. Beach vendors are annoying. It is a decent mix of relaxing music and party music. One song, "Seven", should not have been played with all the F words ... especially with kids around. Bartenders treated us a little better when we tipped - even once per day. The resort is a little off the beaten path so other than other resorts, there is not much else to see without a ride or tour. The waves are pretty unusual but on the calm days the lifeguard still did not like me swimming to the retaining wall (chest deep water) where the best snorkeling was. Side note: Catalina island was WAY better than Sanona Island. There was only ONE Ala carte that changed the menu daily AND you have to wake up at 6:30am to get in line to make your reservation the same day. That is annoying for a vacation, when you want to sleep in. Decent rooms and clean. NOTE: they have multiple building and some are across the road so make sure you understand where you are booking. It is not a far walk to the buffet and beach but it is note worthy. Food was WAY better than Cuba but nothing I went for seconds of. I struggle with wanting to taste authentic national food vs. food that I love. I did not even like the boiled eggs. Maybe it is the water. The meat seemed *****. For the money, it was a good resort.
